To inform the shopping experience of Sprint retail stores while promoting Sprint products and services

Working with Design Continuum in West Newton, MA, this work is from a three-year engagement in which I wrote all in-store POS messaging for Sprint/NEXTEL stores in the US and Canada.

Results

• Successfully drove store traffic

• Positively affected in-store sales and service

• Increased awareness of the evolving Sprint brand
